It’s planned to accomodate 490 rooms, suits, health club, meeting rooms, private diving islands, medical center, outdoor, and water sports facilities as well as featured restaurants….etc.

The architectural designes of the hotel serve all the kinds of the families and individuals, where there is enogh spaces between the rooms and the suites allowing the privacy and all the special needs.

SAY village consistes of a primary building surrounded by 6 Nubian style villas.

The shape of the hotel building is designed to offer to the rooms and suites a direct sea view. The beach has a total length approximately 210.75m. SAY village offers four star services and facilities to accomodate all clients.

The area of the swimming pool is approximately 3.000m2 and has a shell shape with a maximum depth of more than 2m allowing the diving course.
